So after four days of running outside (Sunday - Wednesday) I felt an indoor run was in order, since my shins are a bit sore. I figured a run on my treadmill in my new shoes on the soft belt would be a nice change from the dirt road/concrete run outside. I had a lovely 6.6 mile (11km) run with my new Ipod nano after my little girl was with her daddy getting ready for bed. I feel great, and am excited to run outside again tomorrow in the lovely weather we've been having lately.
So far I'm on par for my 60 minutes running a day, and Lillian is sleeping better from the outside runs too! Hope you're all doing well in your goals!
