So this has been a pretty busy month for me. Lots of running, and I ran an average of 60:15 a day which is exactly what I wanted to do. I ran an average of 6.8km a day which may be the same amount as last month but the difference is that this month most of it was running outside with my stroller and baby, and it's a LOT harder to run outside with a stroller than inside on a treadmill.
As for my weight loss I dropped 4.4lbs this month. It's actually more since I peeked yesterday and I have already dropped another 1.4lbs this week but seeing as I had to eat more to experiment about why my daughter wasn't gaining weight I'll take the 4.4lbs loss and look forward to more next month.
April 25th will be my marathon run so I'm hopeful that I'll manage to complete it in 3 hours. So far my best time is 3:12 so it would take a lot of work to knock that much off an outside run but I hope so.
