So I'm doing fine on my running goal for the month and am proud of that but do you know what's crazy? I'll tell you. I wanted to lose 4.8lbs in April, and I picked that amount because it would put me at exactly 25lbs lost since January 1st and last week I was down 2.8lbs and this week, well down 2.0lbs. So it's April 9th and I've hit my weight loss goal for the month.
HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE???? I know I worked hard this week eating well after Good Friday and Easter Saturday dinners but still, that's just plain crazy! So now I guess I'll need to lose extra this month to balance off next month when I go away on vacation for a week and a half. We're not going too long since we'll be taking our then 7 month old, and we're going international to visit my family in Germany. Couldn't run today as it was snowing and really cold here but am hopeing to do another 21km run tomorrow but we'll see if that weather allows for it!
