I am in aw at all the things I have managed to do in this one short month!
So to start off with I ran a total of 166.32 km, or 5.54km a day, in 22 hours and 47 minutes, or 45:57 minutes a day. While this isn’t the highest I’ve ever done, the time ran is almost identical to April, and yet in 7 extra minutes I ran 7.52km extra. So that makes me feel really proud since it’s quite an addition. I can’t wait to see what next month brings.
Funny enough I also dropped 4.4lbs this month which happens to be the same as in March. This seems to be the month of repeats, but I don’t mind repeats when they are success stories. I know the weight loss could have been more but I’ve started to slow down a bit. I feel a bit sad since I won’t hit the x-weighted target number they set for me in time for the 26 week challenge but who cares! I’ve lost 35.4lbs since January 1st and they wanted me to hit 40. I’ll take the great results I have and I plan to keep going. I want to be in the 140’s and hit 142 by the time I go back to work on October 1st.
I also managed to run bring my total kilometers run in 2010 into the four digits. Can you see that lovely 1005km in the daily mile box on the side? That number fills me with pride.
So all in all it’s been an amazing month, and I can’t wait to see what July will bring, though I don’t plan to do any fitness goals next month. I already track what I do like crazy and I feel I have earned a month off, especially since I want to visit my mom and dad this month for a bit!
