But in a good way. I have to say I'm feeling it today, though not as much as last year when I went for the first time ever. That just goes to show you how much fitter I am now, and how much stronger my legs have gotten. Go me. I do feel it in the muscles where I had to squat and kick since those don't get used so much in running and also in my lower back from the twisting and turning to punch. But it's all sore from being pushed, not hurting like I did something wrong so I will live with it. I don't mind the hard workout pain.
