So first off, I can't believe that July is actually over. That means I have to go back to work in 8 weeks and 5 days and I don't know how I'm going to feel about that and handle being away from Lillian. On a positive note, I am 8.5 weeks away and only 8.4lbs away from my actual goal weight. I say actual because I picked it at the start and used smaller ones to inspire me and this one is the biggie that I am actually supposed to hit. So I have a pretty exciting two months ahead of me trying to hit this.
Now as for my July results, I managed to drop 5.8lbs! That has been the most I've lost in a month since April and is my third highest monthly loss to date. So go me!
Running went well. I didn't beat my all time high, stupid flu bug this week, but I did beat my 184km goal. I managed to run 190.06km this month, which breaks down to 6.13km each day. I did this in 24 hours, 12 minutes or 46 minutes each day.
So I've done pretty good this month and am now looking forward to doing some serious training for my September Half-marathon and my October 15k horror hill run.
