So I did run today but it sucked. I started later than I wanted to, I ran slower than I wanted to, and ran for less time than I wanted to. I wanted to start at 7pm and do at least 45 minutes. I didn't get to start until 8:30pm and only made it 30 minutes or 2 miles. Can't beat myself up for it, since crap happens and life gets in the way. Tomorrow is a new day and maybe work won't suck so much and I'll have the energy to do more than 30 minutes. I did tell myself I only have to run 1 weekday and 2 weekend days so at least I hit that goal with this little run.
