Okay, so I'm doing a Weight Watchers challenge called Beat the Winter Blahs, and this week's silly project was to make our own "happy meal". So here is my version of a happy meal.
I have to be honest however, I enjoyed having a lunch that looked like a face and all, but I enjoyed my dinner a whole lot more. My hubby is not a fan of quiche or shrimp and I went all out at dinner and made myself a salad, with cilantro lime shrimp from skinny taste, and combined it with my Wild Mushroom and Gouda Tart that I made last week (don't worry I froze them). As cute as eating food with a face is, the work that went into my meal below, made me much happier than my lunch!
