This is a quick summary as the week was a rest week. I had planned an additional run on the weekend but with my hubby being in a play and then his family coming over for dinner on Sunday the extra Saturday run didn't happen.
The best part about this week was the fact that I managed to achieve and
for several kms maintain my half marathon race pace during my Friday
run. I was very scared to do this run after how badly my last attempt went. I felt that if I failed to hit the pace then I was a loser since the weather was PERFECT for a run and there would be nothing to blame it on. I'm aware that I still have a lot of work to do, but for now I'll accept this run and feel proud of myself!
