I'm sad to say my boot camp is over, but what a ride! I have to say that I am really pleased with my results. The camp helped me drop 9.6lbs and I am so thrilled with that. I was stuck on a plateau in December and this was what I needed to get out of my sad little funk.
So book camp is over, for now. I have signed up for an additional 2 weeks at the end of March, but I won't be able to do any more after that until after I've finished my half marathon and my marathon. What I will be missing the most from my boot camp is the guaranteed hour of work out time twice a week. I may need to find something else to do one night a week as I pick up my running for the next two months. I think just getting out of the house was good for me. Being around adults was good for me. Plus, I'm sure my coach would like to see me get some different cross training in on my days off.
Any suggestions for me?
