Today I haven't been feeling well. I managed to run my 11.6km today which makes me happy since it isn't always easy to run a long run when you don't feel the greatest. I even managed to accomplish an errand while I ran. I ran to the bank (5.8km) and then ran home. I often love getting two things out of the way at once, but I must say that it's a bit crazy that even my runs have become something extra.
So I'm a bit sick, and figure that extra sleep and fluids will get me well in time for my race on the 29th! Wish me luck!
