Quickie post! It's been a LONG day!
So this morning I was up, but honestly I'm okay with it. I only went up 0.4lbs and frankly, with my morning runs happening now, my baby being fed at 3am and then not again until after my WI, switching to the simply filling plan on weight watchers and eating late on Wednesday I understand that my body needs a chance to catch up.
So this week I am okay with it and will keep doing what I'm doing and next week I'm sure it'll be a much nicer weigh in.
