Holy cow. I'm over 1/3 of the way through training. That is so exciting and a little bit frightening at the same time.
This week was rest week number 2 so there isn't too much to report. I missed a easy run to let my blisters heal since I needed to run on 12km. My easy run went well except that I found my tempo pace again, which I've been told I'm not supposed to do anymore! On Friday I gave blood so my Saturday run was so slow but that's okay. I made up for it today!
